Amy Archambault (MFA '11) will be exhibiting one of her drawings in the show titled, The Global Perspective:
Understanding the Past, Looking to the Future, curated by Catherine Wilcox-Titus, Professor of Art History at Worcester State University. The Global Perspective is comprised of 22 artists. The jurors, Kristina Durocher (Director of the University of New
Hampshire Gallery), Anne LaPrade
Seuthe (Director of the Hampden Gallery, University of Massachusetts, Amherst),
and Lexi Lee Sullivan (Assistant Curator for the DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park), selected artists working within a multitude of mediums, but with similar thematic content. The Global Perspective is the
Gallery’s response to Worcester State University’s themed semester: Worcester
and the World. The artists chosen have explored the tensions, challenges, and opportunities inherent in our present time and space.
